Thank you for shopping with MilUbyLumi! We take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into each of our garments. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature and limited production of our pieces, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If there is an issue with sizing or a defect, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and hygiene liner (if applicable) still attached.

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at lumi@milubylumi.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Your name + order number

Clear photos of the issue
We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
How to Start an Exchange

Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Send back your item (in original condition)

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or ship your exchange
